Terms of service
These terms cover your use of this store and anything you buy from us. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm the order has shipped, not when you check out. Until then we may decline an order, and if we do we will tell you why and refund you in full.
We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where we spot a pricing error, where we cannot verify the payment or delivery address, or where we believe the order is for resale.
Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and shown on the product page. Shipping is free, so the price you see is the price you pay. Optional add-ons, if you choose any, are shown separately before you pay.
We try hard to price things correctly. If an obvious error slips through we will contact you before shipping, and you can either pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We will not simply charge you the difference.
Any struck-through price shown beside a current price is a price this item has been sold at.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other providers shown there. We never see or store your full card details.
Add-ons
Priority Shipping and Shipping Protection are optional services sold alongside the product. What each one does, and what it does not do, is set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Please read those before adding them.
Product images and descriptions
We shoot and produce our own product images and describe the calendar as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens, and small variations between individual pieces are part of a hand-finished item rather than a fault.
Our content
The Sprigbound name, logo, photography, video and written copy belong to us. You are welcome to share our posts and link to us. You may not copy our images or our copy for your own store or listing.
Using the site
Please do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not use it for anything unlawful.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Things outside our control
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs, strikes and severe weather. If a delay becomes significant we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own country.
